About MindCohort
A calm, free memory game that the whole family can enjoy together.
Who made it
MindCohort is made by Saurabh Singh, an independent developer in India. It's a small, personal project, not a big games company.
Why it exists
Most games on our phones are loud, fast and full of pop-ups. They are built to keep you tapping, not to make you feel good. I wanted something different: a game a seven-year-old and a seventy-year-old could play side by side, laugh about, and put down after five minutes feeling a little sharper.
Memory card games are perfect for that. Everyone already knows how to play. There's nothing to read, no levels to unlock, and nothing to buy. You simply look, remember and match.
What makes it different
- No sign-up. Pick a nickname and play. We never ask for your email, phone number, age or real name.
- No pressure. There's no countdown clock on screen. Your time only appears when you finish.
- Easy on the eyes. Big cards, high contrast, and light and dark themes.
- Light and fast. The whole game is smaller than a single photo, so it loads quickly even on slow mobile data.
- Four games, new every day. Pair Up, Math Sprint, Mini Sudoku and Sequence Memory each have a daily challenge that's the same for everyone, so families and friends can compare results on WhatsApp.
How it's paid for
MindCohort is free to play. To cover hosting costs, the site may show a small number of ads. They're kept well away from the cards and never interrupt a game.
