Version 2026-10-30 · Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who can play
Anyone can play. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before choosing a nickname. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the site.
2. Your nickname
- Choose a nickname, not your real name, and don't pretend to be someone else.
- No rude, hateful or offensive nicknames. We may block, hide or remove nicknames that break these rules.
- Your nickname is shown publicly on leaderboards.
3. Fair play
- Play the games yourself. Don't use bots, scripts or tricks to post scores.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
- We may hide scores, or remove players, that look like cheating.
4. Feedback
Thanks for helping us improve! When you send feedback, you let us use it to improve MindCohort. Please keep it friendly and don't include personal details. We may delete feedback that's abusive.
5. Our content
The games, text, design and logo belong to MindCohort. You may play and share links freely, but please don't copy the site or its games to run elsewhere.
6. Availability
MindCohort is free and provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that scores will never be reset. We may change or stop features at any time.
7. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, MindCohort isn't responsible for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer or data protection law.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
9. Changes and law
If these terms change in an important way, we'll update the version above and ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
